Pilates Intermediate Mat
Through emphasizing proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, and concentration on smooth, flowing movement, you become acutely in tune with your body and learn how to control its movement efficiently.
In Pilates the quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions. Breathing is essential in the pilates method to facilitate core support and intensify movement. Breathing is life.
Pilates conditions the whole body without the risk of over training. Your entire musculature is evenly balanced and conditioned, helping you enjoy daily activities and sports with greater ease, better performance and less chance of injury. STAND UP PADDLE BOARDING
SUP Fit (Saturday 9:00-10:30am seasonally) - Stand Up Paddle Boarding Fitness works your core, balance, and endurance and is easily the most popular Summer sport trending in America. In this 1.5 hour class you will begin by learning how to properly paddle a SUP and/or improve your technique. Then, we challenge our bodies by performing squats, lunges, pushups, and more on the board. You will get wet and have FUN in this class!
