Bodywork that transforms.

Thai Yoga Bodywork (aka Thai Massage) is a dynamic therapy for physical well-being and spiritual energy. This practice is a mystical blend of organic flowing movement, martial arts-like transitions, with Ayurvedic roots.

Thai Yoga Bodywork incorporates martial arts moves, rhythmic motion, palming and thumbing along energy lines, gentle stretching, and breathwork, creating a slow flowing "dance" around and with the recipient's body.

In addition to stretching and tonifying the muscles, Thai Yoga Bodywork improves circulation, relieves muscular tension and spasm, helps expedite metabolism, boosts the immune system, and balances the body energetically, inducing a calm mental state. This practice provides the recipient with both a physical and an energetic massage-like experience.

Through this practice the practitioner opens fully to the healing flow of energy and selflessly offers awareness and presence to the receiver in a constant state of prayer. Loving kindness (Metta) transcends time, and in that space, healing is infinite in its reach. The flow of movement between the practitioner and the receiver offer the benefit of a yoga practice with attention to breath rhythm, energy lines, pressure points, and Ayurvedic doshas.
