The Mindful Eating Challenge - happening now!

Ever heard of mindful eating? We are looking for some people who are interested in trying a fun challenge/experiment related to food, mindfulness, and weight loss to join our group. There is no cost for this and should take 8-10 weeks with the option to leave the group at any time. We are simply interested in trying out a new approach to eating and sharing with one another our experience.

Mindful eating has many benefits including reduced stress, better eating choices, and weight loss. This is NOT a diet. Mindful eating is different than a diet. Many experience diets as temporary efforts that do not lead to permanent change. This challenge will be about encouraging awareness, which in turn will lead to creating healthier cells in the body, reducing everyday stress, and lead to healthy weight loss or maintenance.

"Drop a Jean Size" Challenge

The "Drop a Jean size" challenge begins soon! We all have that pair of jeans with the exceptional stitching and rock star wash that we've been waiting for the day when they finally fit. If this is you, it's time to join our challenge!

Beginning January 2nd 2017 we will meet 3x per week M/W/F 7-8am for a one hour sweat session designed to help you lose that weight while toning your body and gaining strength. Measurements and a physical assessment are included in this small group program designed to give you more 1:1 attention to form and nutrition.

Classes are located in an equipped studio in Rockland at 143 Maverick St. Reservations are a must and space fills quickly with only 10 participants accepted! Reply below with "I'm in" for additional details.
